Use the portal that matches the work you are managing.
ASAP Legal Client Access connects existing clients with the systems used for WinServe, records retrieval and deposition officer assignments, and self-service eFiling. Each portal serves a different workflow, so choose the option that corresponds to the assignment you need to review or submit.
If you are unsure which portal applies, or if credentials are not working, contact ASAP Legal rather than creating duplicate requests. Our team can help identify the correct access point and route account-related questions.
Client tools for active legal-support workflows.
ASAP Legal Client Access gives existing clients a direct route to the systems used for ongoing work. Depending on the service, clients can access WinServe, Records Retrieval / Deposition Officer tools and Self-Service eFile from this page.
These client tools support different parts of the litigation workflow, so use the option connected with your assignment or account. If you are unsure which system applies, or if you need help with access, contact the ASAP Legal team rather than creating a duplicate request.
Client Access is intended for existing users. Firms that need a new relationship with ASAP Legal can request an account, while new service matters can begin through the contact page. Our team can also help connect eFiling, service of process, records retrieval, court reporting and other litigation-support needs.
Need a different starting point?
Using ASAP Legal client access for active matters.
ASAP Legal client access is organized around the type of work your firm is managing. WinServe is the starting point for service and order activity, Records Retrieval / Deposition Officer connects clients with records-related workflows, and Self-Service eFile provides access to electronic filing tools. Choosing the correct portal keeps the request connected with the system designed for that service.
If your firm uses more than one ASAP Legal service, you may use more than one client tool. The portals are intentionally separated because service of process, records retrieval and eFiling involve different information and workflows. Your login credentials remain with the selected system, and this page serves as the central client access directory.
For a new matter that has not yet been opened in a client system, contact ASAP Legal with the service needed, jurisdiction, relevant date and deadline. If your firm does not yet have an account, use Request Account so our team can help establish the appropriate relationship and access path.
Do not send passwords or other portal credentials through the public contact form. For access questions, identify the portal you are trying to use and provide your business contact information so the team can route the request appropriately.
